Returns & Exchanges
We accept authorized returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, with original tags and packaging.
To start a return or exchange, email info@goodmorninguniverse.nl for authorization. We offer a one-time free exchange or store credit. Refunds issued with a prepaid label incur a €5 return fee (original shipping is nonrefundable). Returns are processed within 2–5 business days of receipt.
